Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thin round shape of 25 cm. Fill with the feta mixture (64g), moisten the edges with a little water and fold well to seal. Repeat the process and place them on a sheet of parchment paper. Bake in a pan over medium heat until both sides are cooked. Heat some unsalted butter in a pan over low heat. Brush the buns with it.
