The only soda that is like noticeably worse diet is mountain dew. pretty much everything else especially things like coke and DP are good diet and zero sugar.

i’m an aspartame HATER so i’m also not a fan of diet soda so if i really feel like i need to do less sugar i’ll do half diet half not. it cuts the fake sugar taste just enough for me, especially if it’s in a swig drink lol

I was a big diet hater as well, if you don't hate citrus, I would suggest putting a lime in it!! I feel like it offsets the taste of aspartame

#creatorsearchinsights If an avoidant is in no contact with you, do they still think about you? Very often, yes. Avoidant attachment doesn’t mean someone suddenly forgets you when the relationship ends. In fact, distance can sometimes make it easier for a dismissive avoidant or fearful avoidant to think about an ex because the emotional pressure, expectations, vulnerability, and responsibility of the relationship are no longer immediately present. During no contact, an avoidant ex may replay memories, check your social media, wonder whether you’ve moved on, compare new people to you, or romanticize parts of the relationship from a distance. They may miss you while still doing absolutely nothing about it. And this is where no contact becomes important. When you stop chasing, explaining, reassuring, checking in, or trying to convince an avoidant to choose you, they finally have the space to experience your absence. The person who once felt constantly available is suddenly no longer emotionally accessible. But remember: an avoidant thinking about you is not the same thing as an avoidant being ready for a healthy relationship with you. Missing you does not automatically mean they have healed their attachment patterns, developed emotional availability, or learned how to sustain intimacy. So if you’re wondering, “Does my avoidant ex still think about me during no contact?” the answer absolutely can be yes. Just don’t make their thoughts the goal of your healing. Let no contact bring the focus back to you. Keywords: avoidant attachment, avoidant ex, no contact with avoidant, does an avoidant miss you, avoidant breakup, dismissive avoidant, fearful avoidant, avoidant ex thinks about you, avoidant attachment no contact, signs an avoidant misses you, avoidant regret #AvoidantAttachment #NoContact #AvoidantEx #DismissiveAvoidant
