It’s never “a little bit of pressure” when it comes to dental care… it’s usually like a dumbbell is being pushed into your mouth and it’s a life altering experience (coming from a root canal girlie)

When I had braces, I never wore my rubber bands and ended up having to have them on for a whole year longer 🥹✌️the pain was bad, but you gotta endure it unless you want it to be even longer like it was for me
