⇩ Full Recipe 🍜 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 38g Carbs: 64g Fat: 11g Calories: 470 Ingredients per serving: - 1 green onion - 1 cup zucchini - 1 cup yellow onion - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 5 oz chicken thigh skinless boneless, raw - 8 oz kelp noodle - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 3/4 tbsp baking soda - 1/3 second spray oil - 0 calorie sweetener of choice (to adjust sweetness level) - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1/2 tsp black pepper - salt to taste - 1 cup water - 3 tbsp black bean paste fermented Topping - 1 tsp gochugaru (depending on your spice level) - 1 persian cucumber - 1 tsp sesame seeds How to make it yourself: 1. Dice green onions, white onions, & zucchini. 2. Thinly slice your Persian cucumbers into thin strips. 3. Prep seaweed noodles by mixing noodles, lemon juice, & baking soda. After mixing a few minutes, noodle will soften. 4. Rinse & drain noodles in water, it will soften even more. 5. In a hot pan, spray your oil & cook chicken for a few minutes. 6. Add onion, green onion, and zucchini and stir till halfway cooked through. 7. Add black bean paste into the pan. 8. Stir a few minutes to cook off the bitterness of the paste. 9. Add water and stir. 10. Add salt, black pepper, zero calorie sweetener, & oyster sauce, then stir. 11. Add noodles into pan then mix. 12. Dump all the noodles onto a plate.
