this should be illegal employees should be required by law to be direct and honest the same way they expect you to be there on the dot and not a minute late, people need to organize and demand worker rights we aren't disposable robots we're people

This is misleading. You only have a viable case if employer violates a protective right (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc). You can’t just sue bc they don’t like you and fire you.
