Hi sister. I’ve been on HRT For two years now. My first year was just solely estrogen. I chose to go slow and ease myself into HRT but my doctor always laid out all the options for me. I will say solely on estrogen I never really saw changes. Mostly mood and small developments but nothing really. After. A year I started spironolactone which blocks testosterone. Once I started that is when I saw RAPID changes. after 3 months on the started I was moved to the full dose of estrogen and spiro and have seen crazy changes in my body. This is a huge step for you! I’m also NYC based so we should get together sometime!
