Keep at it 💪 But…you also need to sloooowwwww down the rest of the day. 🐢 When you notice you’re moving or thinking really fast, slow down 15%. Slow down movements. Slow down thoughts. 🐢 Take 2-3 minute pauses throughout day. Notice places body meets your chair. Soften your shoulders and your jaw. Notice feet on ground. 🐢 Pause and take a few rescue breaths- 4 seconds in through nose, 6 seconds out through mouth. Feel breath rise in belly. 🐢 Put a hand on your chest and one on belly. Slowly look around your environment. This is called Orienting.
