My husband and I were told on our honeymoon you will never have the money you deserve working for someone else. We finally stepped outside the box, put fear aside and started our own company in our forties with three kids. The only regret we have is that we didn't do it sooner. Pay yourself, make your own hours and don't let someone else determine what you're worth because it will always be in their best interest not yours.
