@compass.acres: Just a reminder — this is a man-made drainage ditch that was here long before me, collecting water from other man-made ditches. All I did was restack the existing rocks and clean out years of built-up sediment so it can actually do its job… which is keeping water away from our house. No habitats destroyed. No ecosystems wrecked. If anything? I’m seeing more salamanders, bugs, birds, and bees thriving since cleaning it up 🐸🐝 We care deeply about this land — that’s why we protect our woods, leave our forests untouched, and work with nature, not against it. But respectfully… comparing rock stacking in a drainage ditch to mass destruction is a little wild 😂 It’s a ditch, guys.
