lacking something doesn't automatically mean you can't get anything in life. Most of us try to fix and focus on stuff we can't just change easily like Bone structure. We tend to copy what we saw on others so we fix every flaw thinking if we do it can get us attention and it can get us loved and can put us to the same level as them. Here's the thing, you can change but you don't have to go too far extreme. We can change in the simplest ways. Plus there's more to build in life. Go out there make connections and build your social life and skills.

The post contains a mix of partial truths and significant exaggerations. What’s accurate: • Skull sutures do remain somewhat active past puberty — they don’t fully ossify (fuse) instantly at a set age. This varies by person and suture location. • Sutural stem cells are real and studied in research. What’s misleading or false: • The claim that sutures stay “biologically active well into your 60s and 70s” overstates the evidence. Most major sutures fuse significantly by the 20s-30s. • The idea that you can intentionally “target sutures with force” to move cheekbones or widen your face as an adult is not supported by credible science. This is core “looksmaxxing” pseudoscience. • Palate expanders do work in children and teens, and sometimes in young adults with orthodontic appliances — but that’s a clinical procedure, not something you can casually replicate. • The framing implies you can reshape your adult face through mechanical pressure at home, which is misleading and could be harmful. Bottom line: This post takes real anatomical concepts and stretches them to support a pseudoscientific “looksmaxxing” agenda.
