Heavenly Father, I come before You in a season where it feels like the walls are closing in and every door I try to walk through is being shut. Lord, I am standing in the middle of a wilderness, and the "former things" feel like a weight I can’t stop carrying. I am tired of the endings, the rejections, and the silence. My heart is heavy because I cannot see the path forward, and it feels like everything I’ve built is falling apart. Lord, You commanded me in Isaiah 43:18 to forget the former things and not to dwell on the past. I ask for Your strength to actually do that. Help me to release the "what ifs," the regrets, and the memory of how things used to be. I surrender these closed doors to You, trusting that if You shut them, it’s because they were leading me away from Your best. I give You my disappointment and the fear that comes when I don’t know what’s next. I stand now on the promise of verse 19. You said You are doing a new thing—that even now, it is springing up. Open my eyes to see it. Give me spiritual perception so I don't miss the small sprouts of hope in the middle of this desert. When I see a wasteland, remind me that You are already busy carving out streams of water. When I feel lost, remind me that You are making a way where there is no way. Provide me with peace that passes understanding while I wait for the breakthrough. Quiet the anxiety that tells me it’s too late or that I’ve been forgotten. I choose to believe that this falling apart is actually a falling into place according to Your will. Renew my mind, refresh my spirit, and give me the courage to keep walking toward the new thing You have prepared for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
