@glp1withemma: 9 things i changed that finally got my glp-1 results moving again ย โ 1. I realized i'd been eating the same calories for months and my body had adapted What worked at 240 doesn't work at 200. Your deficit has to evolve. ย ๐ I recalculated my intake based on my current weight not my starting weight ๐ A 200 calorie adjustment was all it took. Not dramatic. Just an update. ๐ Your body's not broken. It's doing math you haven't rechecked. ย โ 2. I added resistance training and stopped relying on walking alone Walking got me here. But it couldn't take me further alone. ย ๐ Muscle burns more at rest. Without building any i was fighting my own metabolism. ๐ Started with two days a week. Bodyweight stuff at home. Nothing extreme. ๐ The scale paused for a week then dropped three pounds overnight. Muscle changes the math. ย โ 3. I cut the artificial sweeteners i was drowning in Diet soda, sugar-free syrup, zero-calorie everything. All adding up invisibly. ย ๐ Artificial sweeteners can trigger insulin responses and bloating without actual sugar ๐ I eliminated them for two weeks and bloating and cravings both dropped ๐ If you're stalled, try removing them and see what happens. ย โ 4. I stopped eating dinner at 8pm and moved it to 5:30 Late dinners on a slowed system meant going to bed full and waking up bloated. ย ๐ Moving dinner earlier gave my body four extra hours to process before sleep ๐ My morning weight stabilized and my sleep improved immediately ๐ If you can eat before 6 even a few nights a week, the overnight difference is real. ย โ 5. I swapped my giant water bottle for a small one i refilled constantly Sounds backwards but it worked. The big bottle was intimidating and i'd barely touch it. ย ๐ A small bottle that's always empty made me refill it ten times a day without dreading it ๐ Went from struggling to hit 60 ounces to clearing 90 without thinking ๐ Make hydration easy not aspirational. Small sips all day beats forcing a gallon. ย โ 6. I started eating a tablespoon of chia seeds every morning Fiber was the missing piece and this was the laziest way to fix it. ย ๐ Chia in water or yogurt. 30 seconds. Covers a huge chunk of daily fiber. ๐ My digestion regulated within a week and the plateau broke ๐ Not glamorous. Not exciting. Just effective. ย โ 7. I looked at my data and realized my worst weeks had a pattern I thought my stalls were random. They weren't. ย ๐ I pulled up six weeks of logs in the DreamMe app and every stall followed a week of under six hours sleep ๐ Sleep was the variable i wasn't controlling and it was tanking everything ๐ Your stall has a cause. You just can't see it without data. ย โ 8. I stopped treating my dose-up as the solution to a plateau I kept thinking the next dose increase would fix it. It didn't. ย ๐ Dosing up resets your adjustment and brings back side effects you'd moved past ๐ Most plateaus break with behavior changes not medication changes ๐ Talk to your doctor first. Less effort in the right place beats more medication. ย โ 9. I asked for help instead of quietly spiraling alone I'd spent weeks frustrated and silently convinced it had stopped working. ย ๐ One conversation with someone who'd been through it changed everything ๐ They told me what they changed and half was stuff i'd never considered ๐ The people who break through are the ones who ask. Don't do this alone. ย save this for later. what finally got your results moving again? ๐
I e been stalled for 6 months now I have adjusted my calories for I g myself to eat 1350 calories which the calculator says too I was eating way less but it's wrecked my metabolism so I'm trying to get that back and I've started doing weight training right along with my walking. I'm on week eight and I still ain't seen nothing.

I totally agree with the water intake. I have a 64 oz cirkul bottle that intimidates me. I struggle to drink it all. But a small water bottle I'm constantly filling? I can easily hit half of my body weight in oz daily.

Yes I just bought huge Musashi electrolytes & immediately felt the artificial sugar rush, itโs ridiculously over sweetened for sports drink, not just Musashi brands but cravings started and succumbed ๐
