Had it in 2007,ikagrow tena…Removed again in March 2022,had some breathing problem after the surgery and was referred to Mtrh Eldoret….Did a Ct scan and had one big mass growing near my lung..Recommended to under a cardio surgery in April just a month after…It was a painful one but I thank my family and friends who stood with me…I’m now very ok, not on any medication.God is good👏👏👏👏

Watching this as I await a third surgery. Had my partial thyroidectomy in February 2023... I've been on levothyroxine and calcium supplement since then. The scar became a keloid which was growing at a high rate and became very uncomfortable so it was surgically removed in December 2023. After the first surgery, I kept experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism....Late last year to early this year I started suffering from hypocalcemia despite me taking dietary calcium and supplements. At some point I even got admitted, my calcium levels were too low. I developed a mild swelling on the neck and a scan revealed that the remnants of the thyroid have developed nodules.... multinodular goiter. I was referred to an endocrinologist. Tests conducted confirm that I have Grave's disease....an auto immune condition that attacks the thyroid gland. It's not easy....but we shall overcome
