Let’s go over a few Bible verses and figure this out 📖1 Corinthians 14:34–35 “Let your women keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak; but they are to be submissive The Bible also says however that Christian woman can prophesy: 📖 Acts 2:17 “I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy…” 📖1 Corinthians 11:5 says “But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head…” (so ladies if you do prophesy you should wear a head covering) But what is prophesy exactly? 📖1 Corinthians 14:3 (NKJV) “But one who prophesies speaks edification exhortation and comfort.” The biblical word “exhortation“ means Urging someone strongly toward what is right, Encouraging obedience to God and Calling someone higher spiritually”🕊️ The Bible also tells us that there are prophesies of prediction, and prophesy of warning⚠️ God will sometimes give a dream or vision to someone to warn another person about their future if they don’t turn from a certain sin. So to sum it up women are not allowed to teach in the church, however outside the church she may be used by God to encourage fellow Christians to serve God with passion, persuade unbelievers of salvation, & warn people of upcoming judgement⚠️🔥 And when she does this, she should cover her head (1 Corinthians 11:2-13)
