Massive red rock formations shooting out of the ground, mountain views in every direction, and some of the easiest, most scenic trails you can do. We started on the Central Garden Trail, which takes you right through the heart of the formations — perfect for those classic views. Then made our way to Sentinel Rock, one of the tallest and most iconic formations in the park. But the highlight for us was hiking out to the Siamese Twins — a short trail that frames Pikes Peak perfectly through the rocks. It’s one of those views that feels almost too good to be real. ✨ Pro Tips: * Go early or near sunset for the best lighting + fewer crowds * Parking fills up fast — be patient or use the shuttle during busy times * Bring water, even though the hikes are short 🌿 Leave No Trace: Stay on marked trails, don’t climb on restricted formations, and respect wildlife. These rocks are protected and have taken millions of years to form. It’s one of those places that’s easy to visit… but hard to forget.
