RASPBERRY TIRAMISU 💕✨ Welcome to Episode 17 of my tiramisu series! This Raspberry Tiramisu aka Raspberrymisu is long overdue, and my most requested flavor! It has definitely earned a spot up there. From the vibrant pink and sweet and sour flavors from the berries it’s hard not to love this dessert. It has a layer of raspberry mascarpone cream, raspberry dipped ladyfingers and a raspberry sauce topping. It’s a raspberry dream 😍 Add it to your summer dessert list ASAP. Ingredients - 3/4 cup of homemade raspberry juice - 1 ½ cups of heavy cream or double cream - 16 oz or 450g of mascarpone cheese - ¾ cup of granulated sugar - 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract - 260 g of Ladyfingers or enough to fill the dish Topping - Homemade raspberry sauce - Fresh raspberries for topping - Mint leaves for garnish #raspberrytiramisu #raspberrydessert #uniquedesserts #tiramisunoegg #adesserttomakeanydayspecial
