These numbers, I’m sure will depend on what region you actually live in and the type of restaurant you are actually working for. The other thing you have to think about is what is the cost of living in that area? I live here in North Iowa, and some of these numbers would be outrageous if servers made that kind of money.

I am not your employer I tip for service not based on the cost of the Mail. I go into a restaurant and look at the menu item. It has a price that’s what I pay. I know that at a minimum will have to pay state tax or federal tax on it. Anything else is a bonus when you make postings like this sorry whatever you make between you and your employer is your wages. I’m not responsible for that so tipping is out.

Where is she getting the hundred dollar bills. When I get tipped out on a credit card it comes on my paycheck. I’ve never gotten higher than a $20 bill in cash.

As someone who was a busier, server, I always got stiffed from the servers. So as a server I will give extra to a busier cause they work there butt off for me.
