Day 21 of doing these viral Tai Chi-inspired movements every morning. 👊 The aim is simple: ✅ Reduce joint pain ✅ Start the day with good intentions ✅ Energise my body ✅ Be intentional with my thoughts ✅ Visualise and work towards a leaner, healthier version of myself Let’s be clear though… these movements alone aren’t going to get me ripped. 😂 That will come from the daily decisions: eating well, staying active, doing my cardio, and showing up for my weight sessions in the gym. What these movements do help with is creating the right mindset to make those decisions. For me, they’ve become a form of moving meditation. A chance to wake up the body, focus the mind, and start the day intentionally instead of rushing straight into it. I’ve also noticed a reduction in shoulder and knee pain since starting this routine. I’m combining it with daily dead hangs, which seem to be helping my shoulders massively too. 💾 Save this video. ▶️ Play it on loop. 👊 Follow each exercise for the duration of the video (60 seconds). 🔁 Switch to the next movement when it appears.
