Talking about absolute privilege, involves defaming someone while being fully protected legally. Take for instance, in court. If you can defend yourself fully, you may make it easier for the judge to convict you. It's at such an occasion that you need to say anything you know about the case, whether it incriminates some VIP or not, and you cannot be tried for that. Be law smart.
