🚦Road rage also kills… though not always with a weapon. The video wasn't filmed in Cartagena. But it could have happened here. A couple in a pickup truck tries to cut off a cyclist riding in their lane. Intimidating him isn't enough. They get out. They assault him. All for a few seconds on the road. And although this scene wasn't recorded in our city, incidents of road rage are becoming increasingly common in Cartagena: arguments that end in blows, drivers who get out to threaten others, motorcyclists who respond aggressively, cyclists exposed to the wrath of others. The question is serious: When did driving become a battlefield? Cartagena is congested. Traffic collapses during rush hour. The roads are insufficient for the number of vehicles. The heat affects everyone's mood. Haste prevails. But none of that justifies violence. Road rage has real consequences: ❌ Physical injuries ❌ Legal proceedings ❌ Fines and license suspension ❌ Property damage ❌ Psychological trauma ❌ And, in many cases, preventable deaths . A vehicle doesn't give you moral authority over others. The road is a shared space, not a territory of power. We need to talk about road safety awareness: ✔️ Regulating emotions while driving ✔️ Understanding that everyone has the right to move around ✔️ Respecting cyclists, pedestrians, and motorcyclists ✔️ Remembering that a minute is not worth more than a life. Cartagena doesn't need more aggressive drivers. It needs responsible citizens. Because true education isn't demonstrated by the size of the car… It's demonstrated by the ability to respect others. Take a breath. Yield. Lower your voice. The city already has enough problems without turning the roads into battlegrounds for violence. #bodycam #hiddencamera #police
