My gut got used to it and digested it better every time. Simple protein heavy start, same time daily. 2. No water during meals. I drink 30 minutes before or after. Not during. Once I stopped diluting my stomach acid, bloating dropped instantly. 3. Chew more than you think you should. I chew 25+ times per bite. It sounds excessive until your stomach stops doing all the heavy lifting. Digestion speeds up. Stomach stays flatter. 4. I stop eating when I'm almost full. Not stuffed just satisfied. That last 20% is where most people go wrong. 5. Biggest meal comes midday. I used to eat huge dinners. Woke up puffy. Flipped it. Lunch is now my biggest meal. Woke up leaner. Daily. 6.
