It’s been 2 months since I adopted the sweetest, most loving girl, Milkshake, and it’s been such an emotional journey so far. We’ve already been to the vet 5+ times and still feel like we’re searching for answers. She scratches around her eyes and ears until the skin becomes raw, overgrooms and bites at herself, and frequently shakes her head. The only thing that seems to give her noticeable relief so far has been steroids. I’m trying to stay hopeful because all I want is for her to be comfortable and have the happy, healthy life she deserves.
