The most moist & fudgy I've ever made !! 🍠 1 cooked & peeled sweet potato 3 eggs 3/4 cup honey 6 tbsp flour (oat flour or whole wheat) 3 tbsp cacao powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips preheat your oven to 350F mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until there are no more clumps (I blended to make it easier) add the batter to a lined baking dish bake for 35-40min the brownies should look *slightly* undercooked when you take them out, they will firm up as they cool enjoy :) #sweetpotatoes #healthybrownies
