زربيان عدني😍👌🏽 بصل ونحمسه على زيت لين مايتحمر على نار هادية إلى أن يوصل لونه إلى المحروق نرفعه وننزل دجاج منزوع الجلد ونلسبه على وجهين وبالخلاط ننزل : بصل المحمر فص ثوم ملعقة معجون زنجبيل علبتين زبادي ملعقة بهارات مشكلة ملعقة كمون نص ملعقة كركم بسباس عدني-او فلفل إذا ماعندكم كزبره ونزيده كوبين ماء ونخلطه وننزل البطاطس على الدجاج وننزل الخليط ونتركه 40د على نار هاديه يتسبك نسلق الرز ربع استواء وننزل : هيل مسمار دارسين زيت نص سلقه ونرفع الرز وننزل الرز فوق المرقه ونحط بصل مكرمل فوق وفلفل ورشة منقوع الزعفران او كركم ونتركه20د ياخذ نكهه على نار هاديه وعليكم بالعافية 😋 ‏Onions ‏Sauté them in oil over low heat until they turn golden brown. ‏Until they reach a charred color, remove them and add skinless chicken. Sear the chicken on both sides. ‏In a blender, combine: ‏The sautéed onions ‏One clove of garlic ‏One tablespoon of ginger paste ‏Two containers of yogurt ‏One tablespoon of mixed spices ‏One tablespoon of cumin ‏Half a teaspoon of turmeric ‏Adeni chili pepper (or black pepper if you don't have it) ‏Coriander ‏Add two cups of water and blend. ‏Add the potatoes to the chicken. ‏Add the blended mixture and let it simmer for 40 minutes over low heat until thickened. ‏Part-cook the rice and add: ‏Cardamom ‏Cloves ‏Cinnamon ‏Oil ‏Part-cook the rice and remove it. ‏Add the rice to the broth and top with caramelized onions, black pepper, and a sprinkle of saffron infusion or turmeric.
