Josephus never said Jesus performed miracles it said that he was a wise man and a doer of surprising deeds. The Babylonians called him a sorcerer, but to them being a sorcerer didn't actually require any magic powers. If you practiced idolatry such as praying to a god other than the one that they worshiped then you were considered a sorcerer. If someone prayed to a random tree for example they would be considered a sorcerer despite not having any magical powers. I'm not going to rebut "other pagan sources" because it's vague and I don't know what sources you're talking about.
