Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the beaten egg, flour, butter, and salt. Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 6–7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Mix the mayonnaise and hot chili sauce until smooth. Add the cooked chicken and mix well. Deflate the dough and divide it into 26 equal pieces. Shape them into balls. Roll each ball into a circle and cut it in half using a pizza cutter. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rise for 30 minutes. Heat a layer of sunflower oil (about 2 cm deep) to 175°C (350°F). Fry the buns on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and let cool completely. Slice open the buns and fill them with the chicken mixture.
