Chocolate Cake Made With Love 🍫 My Grandmother's Recipe! 🍫 Ingredients: Chiffon: 3/4 cup boiling water 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 cups AP flour 1 3/4 cups sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup peanut oil (or the oil of your choosing) 7 eggs separated  2 teaspoons vanilla  1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar  🍫 Chocolate Whipped cream icing: 2 cups whipping cream 1 cup icing sugar 3/4 cup cocoa powder Pinch of salt 2 teaspoons vanilla  🍫 Instructions: 1. Combine boiling water, cocoa powder and vanilla and let cool off 2. In one bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. 3. Combine egg yolks and sugar and mix well (should be a pale yellow) 4. Add the cocoa powder mixture to the eggs and sugar. 5. Add the flour mixture to the cocoa, egg yolk and sugar mixture. 6. Add the peanut oil and incorporate everything. 7. In a separate bowl mix the egg white and cream of tartar until  stiff peaks form. 8. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture delicately. 9. Pour the mixture in a cake pan and cook at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes. Test with a toothpick. Dry toothpick equals ready cake.  If you split the batter into 2 cake pans check the cakes after 30 mins. 10. Let the cake cool and separate in 2 or 3 pieces. 11. Prepare the icing. 12. Chocolate whipped cream icing: 13. Sift the icing sugar and cocoa powder into the whipping cream. 14. Add the remaining ingredients and mix till you’ve formed a whipped cream. 15. Ice the cake making sure to put icing between all the layers 16. Let set in the fridge for 1 hour  17. Serve
