@_cookim_: Korean olive oil : Sesame oil Sesame oil is just as essential to Korean cooking as olive oil is to Italian cooking. There are a few ways to make sesame oil—pressing or boiling. I tried boiling this time, but the yield was a 6% (60g from 1kg of sesame seeds). i don’t recommend boiling method. I’ll be back with pressing method next time #koreanfood #sesameoil
