As a dancer I wear 8 inch heels but we don’t have a requirement for the height of the shoe. They are just far more comfortable to work and walk around in compared to regular heels. Heels elongate your legs and create a more elegant look.

They make it easier to kick off and spin in the pole. The boots can be used to climb the pole easier. Honestly they’re more comfortable than kitten heels by a lot in my opinion

The platforms are so large to decrease the slope so they’re actually really comfortable. Dancer heels aren’t like regular heels where you’re on your tiptoes all night

Ppl saying there is no requirement for heel height is strange, very first club I worked in they told me nothing shorter than 4 inches and most clubs insist on pleaser heels in specific, but not all clubs are that strict

It’s better for your back and body. The taller the platform, the less of an arch in the shoe. Therefore the taller the shoe, the more comfortable it is

the height helps with pole dancing lol. you can “fall” into moves rather than jumping into them, it looks more graceful and is also safer overall

in my state, legally any “product” has to be at least 6 inches off the ground at all times. we sell a fantasy, aka a product. also the higher the heel, the more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing
