Garlic Crispy Chicken Parm Wrap (high protein + under 500 cals)😍 Golden breadcrumbed chicken, a quick herby passata sauce, garlic mayo, gooey mozzarella and parmesan, all wrapped up and then brushed with garlic butter. Links in my bio 🫶🏼 Ingredients (serves 2):  1 x 200g chicken breast 
1 tsp smoked paprika  1 tsp italian herb seasoning
1 ½ tsp garlic granules 1 small egg 
25g panko breadcrumbs  70g passata  1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp tomato puree  Salt  40g lighter mayo  2 tortilla wraps 40g mozzarella grated 5g parmesan grated  10g lighter spread (I used Flora) 
1 tsp chopped garlic  A few sprigs of fresh parsley chopped 
 💕Season the chicken breast with the smoked paprika, Italian seasoning and 1 tsp garlic granules. 

💕Dip the chicken into the egg, before dipping to coat in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs in to adhere. 
 💕Air fry for 15-17 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, flipping halfway. Or bake for 18-20 minutes. Once cooked slice into strips. 💕Mix together the passata, oregano, pinch of salt  and tomato puree until smooth.  💕Mix together the mayo and ½ tsp garlic granules. Add a dash of water if needed to loosen.  💕Line the wraps with the garlic mayo, before topping with the sliced chicken.  💕Pour over the passata sauce before topping with the cheeses and parsley. Fold tightly.  💕Place seam-side down in a hot dry pan for 1–2 minutes per side. 💕Mix together the butter, chopped garlic and remaining parsley. Blast in the microwave for 10 seconds until the butter has melted.  💕Brush over each side of the wrap (I reserve a little to drizzle once sliced) and toast for a further 30 seconds.  💕Remove and slice in half.
