i agree with the "having your shit together" comments but also i think sometes we misjudge time. you're bored waiting, so 5-10 minutes feels like an eternity. you're now busy talking to the pharmacist, you don't realize 5-10 minutes has passed

probably bc you use the drive thru appropriately. it’s for pickup or to drop off a paper script and leave. everyone seems to do way more than that in the drive thrus
