I fear I belong in this club 😭 perimenopause really changes your tolerance for nonsense fasttt… I remember feeling emotionally drained, exhausted, overstimulated all the time and realizing I could not keep people pleasing anymore. nothing I tried really worked long term and I felt stuck like that for so long. then someone in a womens group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I tried it… hormones finally felt calmer, energy steadier, and I actually felt more like myself again. my favourite one tbh
