I'm a local and I cannot agree with anything you say. its always soggy. Fishouse just around tbe corner at DFO has much better fish and chips. Also, they were voted #1 by the manufacturer of the chips, not by the public.

Nice I’ll give them a go.. but.. definitely chicken salt on chips, dimmies and potato cakes, and regular salt on seafood (flake, scallops, crab stick etc).

It looked heavy on oil retention? Pc not blistered with batter, chips looked frozen. Hand cut all the way frozen will never be a winner
