@mom.theres.been.a: Two Dutch students, Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon initially disappeared while hiking the El Pianista trail in Panama on April 1, 2014. The timeline of their hike, shows that they successfully reached their peak mid afternoon after the 2.5 mile trek, but rather than turning around, they continued deeper into rough terrain… Within the next four hours their phones had called emergency numbers, but due to the density of the forest the calls did not connect… Over the next ten days, the phones were turned on and off dozens of times. THEN After April 5, Kris’s iPhone was accessed multiple times without the correct PIN. Between 1:30 a.m. and 4:10 a.m., 90 flash photos were taken in near-total darkness. These images show rock formations, foliage, a branch with red plastic bags, and a photo of what appears to be the back of Kris’s head. While officially ruled an accident by Panamanian authorities, the case feels unfinished and honestly?? Unsolved. If you know ANYTHIBG about the disappearance and subsequent de*th of Kris and Lisanne, please contact local authorities. This case, can be reopened with the right evidence. #tru#truecrimei#criminalcasev#investigationi#criminaljusticestery

To me it seems like they were trying to signal using the flash. It’s possible they saw something that gave them hope of rescue or they were just desperate enough to try anything. So they shot a series of photos pointing to the sky and their surroundings with the actual photos being an afterthought.

It was not accidental my comment will get to the right person one day I remember a video that popped up for a few minutes I watched from beginning to end idk what platform I believe YouTube this video started with the girls photos a select few then it cut to three guys in the woods with the two girls talking in another language the girls seemed out of it they panned the girls a few times each other and threw one girl on the ground showed a knife and all of a sudden started cutting at her throat she mumbled something before he started then clearly said owe and she made gurgling noises and thin the video cut to the bushes and a few moments later her head rolled by it cut to a few more photos the photos being her hair the stuff on the ground sky and the video stopped I was completely shocked by what I watched felt so real I went to look it up later to show my husband and it was deleted I’m good with faces I thought it must of been fake now years later these videos come up and the same images are of them same girls I saw on video

The "Lost" Behavior Pattern: AI pattern recognition logs show that the initial emergency calls (112 and 911) were made shortly after they passed the Mirador summit. The calls were brief, spaced apart, and stopped entirely during the pitch-black nights. This pattern perfectly mirrors a classic survival strategy—trying to conserve battery while moving only during daylight. The Night Photos (510–609): The chaotic, dark photos taken on April 8th are analytically interpreted as signaling attempts or efforts to document their surroundings in total darkness using the camera flash. The Missing Photo 509: Rather than a malicious deletion, digital forensics tests replicated via AI and computer models indicate that a low-battery glitch or write error on the Canon PowerShot SX270 HS easily explains the skipped file index.
