Roll Out the Dough: Use a rolling pin to flatten each ball to about 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick. 6. Heat the Skillet: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. 7. Cook the Naan: Once it’s hot, place the naan in the skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes on the first side until browned and puffed. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 8.
