Happened to me. Except a lady standing next to me asked me my name. She said “I’ll bring it to you” She actually ran my coffee through the terminal to my gate yelling my name..got my coffee just as I was boarding..lol 🥺

This happened to me, Starbucks employee kept calling the customer for their pastries, they never answered i asked if i can purchase them. The Starbucks employee just gave them to me 😌

I fly out of here quite a bit so can confirm. I place a mobile order the minute I get out of my car in the parking garage. I’ve had an order take 40 mins before.

I actually used to work at this EXACT Starbucks for 8 months in B Gates. WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST. We warn people about our wait times (usually every morning was a 45 minute to an hour wait time) and people would STILL order and get mad AT US for not making their drink fast enough. It was absolutely exhausting. SO many people order through the app as well and the orders get backed up. And no, our managers FORBID US to turn off mobile ordering under any cost, even when our floor WAS FLOODED MULTIPLE TIMES. People would also take pre ordered drinks and we’d get yelled at for not having them ready and we would have to spend MORE TIME remaking them. PLEASE be patient with your baristas and mindful of wait times.

Most of the airport Starbucks are run so poorly. They don’t have enough staff to maintain the pace they need to maintain without getting burned out and turning into what we experience. Service at most of these is considerably slower than it is at typical Starbucks outside the airport. They need to reevaluate their management and staffing strategy in the airports. It’s a mess

Those poor airport Starbucks baristas lol. Once I got to the airport right when the Starbucks opened and there was just one person on staff. I asked him if he liked *name of new drink* and he said they didn’t serve *new drink*. I pointed to the board behind him that was advertising the new drink. He stared at it and said no one told him they had a new drink coming out 😭

Ill never have to worry about that. I arrive 3.5 hours early for my flight and stay right by the gate the whole time to make sure its still there.
