@forbidden_earth: A metal hammer found inside a 400-million-year-old rock. 🔨 This "Forbidden" object shouldn't exist according to every science book in schools. If humans didn't build it, who did? And why is it buried so deep in the past? it a "Glitch in Time" or a lost civilization? Let’s hear your theories. #ForbiddenEarth #Ooparts #AncientTechnology #HistoryMystery #ForbiddenKnowledge

i feel like we’re in a cycle… i think humans have evolved and destroyed themselves many times before we existed

In my opinion: I think that there is a scientist who tried to invent a teleport/portal and teleported himself through that time, that scientist can't go back in time, when that scientist discovered unlimited resources found on earth it tried to make a hammer to find some resources to re-operate/power the portal. Where is that scientist now? It is scary that we humans can make things possible with the use of our intelligence.

if the rocks around it are 400 million years old that dose not mean the tool is that old cuz the thing that put it there could have put it there when the humans existed

It has been debunked. The "London Hammer" (or London Artifact) is a 19th-century iron hammer embedded in a rock concretion. Discovered in London, Texas, in 1936, it gained fame when creationists claimed it was over 400 million years old. However, geological studies attribute the encasement to rapid mineral hardening, not prehistoric origins.

It’s called concretion, look it up. The hammer is not 400 million years old, it’s barely even a thousand years old. It’s from the 19th century which is like 200 years ago.

didn't we ever just think that somehow it's a lost hammer that somehow surrounded itself by millions old rocks meaning that the rocks are old but the hammer isn't that old, maybe it fell in a hole down some mine and got caught up in the burrying process

The hammer itself is real but the fact they are saying it’s 400 millions years old is false. The main explanation is that it’s probably a 19th-century mining or blacksmiths hammer. There is no coal. Wood can darken, mineralize, or partially fossilize. Don’t believe things like this on the internet without actually looking the stuff up first. This is what sets us back from evolving

explaination: the hammer itself is real, but theres no evidence it is 400 million years old. the most likely explanation is that it’s a relatively modern miners hammer that became encased in a mineral concretion, which can form much faster than the surrounding rock. if a humanmade iron hammer from 400 million years ago actually existed, it would completely overturn everything we know about geology, archaeology, and evolution, and there’s simply no credible evidence for that. you‘re welcome

hey history student here, i actually saw this one in a case study: the rock ehich had calcified ocer this stone was indeed found in an area with uncovered old rocks from millions of years ago, but that piece itself was found loose, not attatched to the surrounding encironment. the wooden handle hadn't in fact turned to coal, it was petrified wood due to the rock calcifying over this which coukd have taken as little as 10p years.
