boy I'm 725 days in my court case and I won't give up imma get my baby girl back I live in Missouri she lives in North Carolina laws different but everything I do gets me more closer everyday Imma say never give up you guys always got this keep that head up yes the mental and physical health is important always keep that mindset you always got this go fishing or swimming or go into nature and take deep breath of some fresh air and take time to decompress find something to help even if just sitting with someone that matters and talking sometimes it helps even talk to a stranger might help it's a outside opportunity to just distract your self from going truly insane
