@1.smmer.1: summary: in homeroom i was signed out for my science teachers class to finish a test. while doing the test and when the teacher left the room for a bit, some popular boys made me tear up for that reason that many ppl might believe that it’s a stupid reason to cry about but i was really emotional. once the teacher came back i asked to the bathroom and she let me and i cried in the bathroom. when i came back, it was the next period but I was in the same class but different students and when I sat down, I had my face in my hands trying not to cry. i got up to the door and asked the co-teacher who is next to the door if I could take a lap. she said yes and then I went straight to the bathroom, and I started having a panic attack. i knew i wouldn’t be able to calm down myself so I went to the vice principal’s office because my counselor wasn’t there today and she told me that she had to talk with another student and said that I could go into the Dean’s room where detention is typically held there. while sitting in the back alone, through the big window, my case manager/co-math teacher walked by and saw me through the big windows and opened the door and said this:#Menta#MentalHealthc#panicattacke#depressed##fyp
