⇩ Full Recipe 🍜 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 57g Carbs: 59g Fat: 8g Calories: 590 Ingredients per serving: Chicken: - 6oz chicken breast, skinless, boneless, raw - 1/2 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1/3 second cooking spray Tofu Sauce: - 3oz silken tofu - 1 tbsp gochujang paste - salt & pepper to taste Toppings: - 1/2 persian cucumber - 1/4 yellow onion - 1 green onion - 200g japanese udon noodles How to make it yourself: 1. Thinly slice your cucumber, yellow onion, and green onions. 2. Chop your chicken breast into 1/2 inch cubes. 3. In a bowl, mix together your chicken, minced garlic, soy sauce and set aside. 4. In a blender, add your tofu, gochujang paste, and salt and pepper to taste and blend to make your sauce. Don’t over blend or else it will become too thin. 5. In a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, cook your chicken. 6. In a pot of boiling water, cook your noodles. Once cooked, immediately transfer them to cold water. 7.
