Realistically a baby won’t be using a nursery or their own rooms until they’re about a year old anyway. Don’t worry about it. It’s between you and your partner.

Its just over consumption content. Your a good mum. I didn’t find out and it was the best moment of my life hearing “its a girl!”. Best preparation you can do is switch focus from stuff you “need”, instead focus on what you can learn. How to breastfeed, how to safe sleep, how to pump, learn about wake windows and feeding ques, learn how to deal with sleep deprivation, how to use the baby carrier, how to bath them…. Ect. Baby won’t care about the colour of clothes or be able to read their name. But you will cope better knowing what is normal/how to do things. You got this! 💪

Prepare for "a baby" lots of lovely neutral stuff x I didn't find out and it was THE BEST DECISION!! I had nothing until about 8 weeks before x x x you got time lovely xx

We want to know but nobody else does in the family 😅 we just feel like We'll be better prepared and its enough of a surprise that the baby looks the way they do when theyre born!

We were exactly the same, but I just woke up one morning and HAD to know so we booked a gender reveal scan with just the two of us so it was really special still. We are expecting a baby boy after around 4 years of trying 💙🥹 x

I love the way everyone has a different view on this. You do what you think is best for you girly 🩷 I have always wanted to find out, I think so much is going on during birth and your baby actually being born out shines finding out the gender if that makes sense. If you find out you get to celebrate finding out the gender and then obviously baby being born. If don’t find out you only get one celebration. Plus I don’t think I could wait knowing I could find out, I’m to inpatient 😂

My mum came up with my name after I was born, she new my gender for a long time, even had cute pink outfits picked out for me and her friend said last minute what if the dr got the gender wrong so just in case my mum got a red onesie with a rocket on it, after giving birth she realised that was the only outfit that made it into the hospital bag, it’s a funny story to look back on, and my long way of saying don’t stress, the love for that baby will out weigh anything ❤️❤️

You can do the same in neutral colours whites, creams, browns unisex clothes...nursery in beige and whites with clouds fir example... wishing you all the best xxx

Honeslty girl as long as you have somewhere for the baby to sleep, some nappies , some sleepsuits , you’re ready to go🤣! Honestly you can end up over buying SOOO much ! I Remeber when I was pregnant I was thinking I needed different nappy creams 🤣😑😩 all I’ve ever used is sudocrem and he’s nearly 2 now lol xx
