I’ve always felt like this!!! As a child the internet was always portrayed as this other dimension before social media. There has to be a way to tap into that. And I feel like they introduced social media to filter out the other realities within the internet. They want us entertained instead of ACTUALLY using it.

Wreck it Ralph 2 gave me a different perspective on technology. So Ralph is from old school technology (arcade). When his sidekick needed a tool they learned about WiFi & found a way to "travel" through it. They went on an adventure to find EBay because it was only available on eBay. That's when they saw Google & etc.. learning that there was an entire world & different dimensions. They traveled through servers (portals) to get to each destination.
