I just launched a new item on the website called the PiggyPower Fuel Puck Press. It lets you take ordinary paper waste, cardboard, shredded mail, packing paper, and other untreated paper products, soak them down, compress them into solid 2 inch fuel cubes, let them dry, and burn them later as fire starters or fuel. Now look, I’m not going to pretend this is some fully automatic machine where you dump trash in one side and perfect fuel falls out the other. It is manual. You have to shred the paper, soak it, press it, and give the cubes time to dry. But for somebody who is frugal, likes making useful things from waste, wants emergency fuel on hand, or just wants to experiment with the process, this is a cheap and simple place to start. And this goes further than regular paper pucks. Once you understand how to compress waste into a usable fuel shape, you can start experimenting with different paper blends, burn times, charcoal making, and eventually more advanced fuel systems. That is where PiggyPower is heading. The Fuel Puck Press is the small first step in a much bigger plan involving waste fuel, charcoal, heat, and electricity generation. I want people to be able to take materials they would normally throw away and turn them into something useful. We are starting small, testing what works, and building from there. The PiggyPower Fuel Puck Press is live now at officialpiggypower.com. Stay tuned, folks. This is only the beginning.
