tummy time is GENUINELY so good for getting rid of a neck hump caused by bad posture- its exactly why infants have to do it!! strengthen those neck & shoulder muscles and your body will thank you!

i went to a physical therapist, yes definitely kinetic stretching with the stretch band, but also sit on the edge of the bed normally, put your arms above your head with your hands on the back of your head then lift your chin to the ceiling and hold for a few seconds, let go & repeat.
