from what I can tell, it does peel off the wall relatively easy, it's unusable after that but it does come off without taking the paint. as far as sticking something to it and removing it, not so much if you want it to hold it will hold, but it's not coming back off. without tearing up the tape. with that said it's a good product I just wish they would market it a little different
