شيخ محشي بغدادي على أصوله.. الطعم والريحة تاخذ العقل! 🍆🇮🇶 جربوه بهالطريقة وادعولي. المكونات: • باذنجان أسود (يفضل الحجم الصغير). • لحم مفروم (بي نسبة لية حتى يطلع أطيب). • بصل مفروم ناعم. • معدنوس (بقدونس) مفروم. • ملح وفلفل أسود. • معجون طماطة. • زيت للقلي. طريقة التحضير: 1.نحفر الباذنجان وننتبه كون متنثقب بعدها نرش عليه شوية ملح. 2. بشوية زيت، تگلين الباذنجان لحد ما يذبل وياخذ لون حلو، وبعدين تطلعيه وتصفي من الزيت. 3. بنفس الطاوة نحمس اللحم المفروم والبصل لحد ما يتغير لونهم، وتضيفين الملح والفلفل الأسود والمعدنوس المفروم وتگلبيهم سوة. 4.نحشي الباذنجان بخلطة اللحم، وتگدرين تستخدمين لب الباذنجان أو
