Daha sonra hamuru ikiye ayırın. Yarısına kakao ekleyip her iki hamuru da 40 dakika mayalandırın. •Sade hamuru açıp ortasına kakaolu hamuru yerleştirin ve kapatın. Soğuyunca pudra şekeri serperek servis edin. 🍫🥐 English ⬇️ For the Dough: * 1 cup warm milk (200 ml) * 1 cup warm water (200 ml) * ½ cup vegetable oil (125 ml) * 1 egg white * 10g instant yeast * 2 tsp sugar * 2 tsp salt * 4½–5 cups all-purpose flour * 2 tbsp cocoa powder For the Filling: * Chocolate spread or chocolate pieces For the Topping: * 1 egg yolk * Powdered sugar Instructions: • Combine all the dough ingredients and knead until you have a soft dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add the cocoa powder to one half and knead until fully incorporated. Let both doughs rise for 40 minutes. • Roll out the plain dough and place the cocoa dough in the center. Fold and seal the plain dough around it. Roll it out again into a large circle and cut into triangles. Place chocolate on the wide end of each triangle and roll up into croissant shapes. • Let them proof on the baking tray for 30 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. • Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve. 🍫🥐✨ #busezeynep #croissant
