The evening before, soak oat groats in an airtight container with whey. Shake for 15 seconds. 2. In the morning, use your oat flaker to flake your soaked oat groats. 3. Transfer the rolled oats to a saucepan. Add raw milk (start with less and add more for desired creaminess) and a pinch of sea salt. 4. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring often and cook for 10-20 minutes until thick and creamy. 5.
