When I tell you that I’ve redone my posture and nervous system over the past 15 months and I have noticed a HUGE change in my voice. I used to get so upset because my voice would break when I got upset. I swear they’re spasming. I have used singing to relax and exercise them and get better breath control. I used to barely be able to talk and have a panic attack from really putting effort into one chorus. Now I can sing a few songs.

I have a rare chronic pain disorder that most providers don’t know exists. I was told for years that I was lying, drug seeking, attention seeking… turns out my nervous system can’t process jack. I am not whining. My pain is real and impacts my life. Sorry my voice is so high, I’m in misery.

im fkn 34. I was having flare ups at 10 and was told it was ANXIETY. AND SINUC TACHYCARDIA INDUCED BY ANXIETY LMAOO.. I just got diagnosed a month ago. im a little angry and whiney 💀
