My updated Ab routine! this is one of the two circuits that I have been doing on. Repeat recently that has helped me grow my abs, even more and even get them sore after a nice long workout!! Just a disclaimer that as long as youโ€™re consistent and tracking the weight you do on all these exercises, and they are going up each week, then intern your ab muscles are definitely building strength and it shows just like every other muscle! I also track my calories and macros every day to ensure Iโ€™m hitting all of my goals to fuel what I build. 3 rounds : - Ab roller until failure (slow +controlled with full ROM 30s rest - Weighted straight leg crunches (squeeze at top, full stretch at the bottom) Straight into - Dragom flags until failure (sub In Bodyweight leg raises, holding onto a bench for stability!) 90s rest + repeat circuit 3x Train this circuit 2x/week, I dare you :) and lmk if u try it!!!โค๏ธ #gym #abs #abworkout #circuit #routine
